How many turns do you take off the Christmas table? No matter how many trips you take, don’t miss the crafts Niklas Ekstedt presents, everything from herring, salmon, ham, meatballs, beetroot salad, and much more!
In our largest and most grandiose hall, the researchers spent their time and studied way back when. It is also directly adjacent to the Expedition, which during the archive period received the researchers who retrieved their ordered archive documents before continuing into Arkivariet to carry out their studies.
Under magnificent crystal chandeliers, we can place companies from 4 – 114 people.
As the name suggests, Arkivariet (or the Archives en english) is a former archive room where documents were stored during the archive period. The dining room is located directly adjacent to the Dessert Room, the house’s most Instagramed space. Tables from 6 – 88 people can fit here.
Up a spiral staircase are our romantic tables for two, all of which have a view of both Arkivariet och Gamla Riksarkivet’s magnificent courtyard.
Please note that because of the spiral staircase, the Balcony & Library is not suitable for small children, prams nor for people with reduced mobility.
In our most intimate dining room, you sit on beautiful, round tables up a spiral staircase – either with other Christmas-celebrating guests or secluded as a Chambre Separée.

Our smallest and perhaps coziest dining room is located directly adjacent to Expeditionen, where the researchers were received during the archive period, who collected their documents before continuing into Arkivariet to carry out their studies. Today it is instead the hall where the fantastic buffet is served.
In the Salon, only small groups of 2 -10 people are placed, which creates a cozy and festive feeling with a fantastic atmosphere.
On the second floor we have our very own cinema. Every Saturday and Sunday we show Christmas movies, draw and play with the children. We also have our own popcorn machine and a professional babysitter who takes care of the children so that you as a parent can enjoy your Christmas dinner in peace and quiet.
