Bookings for groups of 1-40 people can be made up to 14 days before the visit, see full booking terms below.
The booking fee is in addition to the cost of food and beverages and is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of the entire party (1-19 people), this must be done no later than 14 days before the booked date via email. Please note that you will receive a written confirmation once the cancellation has been processed.
For cancellations less than 14 days before the booked date, Old National Archives reserves the right to charge 500 SEK per booked person on the registered card, or refund the advance payment of 500 SEK in cases where this was made at the time of booking.
If the cancellation does not occur before the booked time, the full Christmas buffet price for the relevant date will be charged. The exact number of guests can be adjusted up to 7 days before the visit, and any shortfall after this will be charged 500 SEK per unused seat.
For groups of 20 people or more, the full Christmas buffet price for the relevant date will be charged per booked guest if cancellation or adjustment is made later than 14 days before the visit.
Any cancellation fees will be charged to the card used to confirm the booking.

We take private bookings for parties up to 114 people.
Cancellations of entire parties can be made up to 14 days before, and adjustments in numbers up to 7 days before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations after this will incur a cover charge of 500 SEK per missing guest. For parties of over 20 people, the full cover price will be charged for adjustments or cancellations made later than 14 days before the booking date.
