When booking a Christmas buffet at Gamla Riksarkivet, a prepayment of SEK 500 per guest is required. The prepayment is refundable if the cancellation is made in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
A booking fee of SEK 19 per guest will also be charged at the time of reservation. This fee is non-refundable.

1–30 guests:
To cancel or reschedule the entire group, you must do so no later than 14 days before the reserved date via email. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the visit, the prepayment of SEK 500 per person will not be refunded.
If the reservation is not cancelled at all and the guests do not show up, the full price of the Christmas buffet will be charged for the booked date.
The number of guests can be reduced by up to 50% of the original number, but this must be communicated at least 7 days before the visit. For reductions made later than this, the prepayment of SEK 500 per no-show guest will not be refunded.
30 guests or more:
To cancel or reschedule the entire group, you must do so no later than 30 days before the reserved date via email. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the visit, the prepayment of SEK 500 per person will not be refunded.
If the reservation is not cancelled at all and the guests do not show up, the full price of the Christmas buffet will be charged for the booked date.

A cancellation confirmation will be sent by email once your cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive such a confirmation, your reservation is still active and has not been cancelled — please contact us directly in that case.
PAYMENT:
Gamla Riksarkivet is a completely cash-free venue. You can pay with Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. Please note that the full bill must be settled on-site. If the payment is split between more than two cards, this will be done using digital payment, and the person who made the reservation is responsible for ensuring the entire bill is paid.
